KEY INSIGHT
A trip to the dentist makes for an anxious experience for most people. The space does not do anything to alleviate this anxiety.
Oral care is one of the most ignored aspects of personal health. Usually overlooked until there is a ‘problem that requires cure’ little attention is given to preventive dental care. To add to the same, a trip to the dentist makes for an anxious experience for most people. The space does not do anything to alleviate this anxiety.

The Idea
A dentist clinic that is designed to create a behavioral shift in the perception and practice of oral health. A place that is predictive and preventive, rather than only curative, and one that people can trust and feel comfortable in.
Immersive consumer journeys helped us in creating a comprehensive plan for the desired experience, bucketed under the AIDAS model (shown above).
The experience of the space was conceptualized to be simple, fresh, modern and conversational. The color palette was kept clean with calming shades of green and wood.
The services themselves were categorized under Consultative, Cosmetic, Curative and Preventive with the space providing a variety of areas to aid these different kinds of offerings. A café was integrated with the space to ease the customer’s experience and also provide a space for knowledge based community activities.
